How much is it to rent The Barn?
The Barn rents for $4,750 plus 7% sales tax on a Friday or a Saturday. We are unable to host weddings on Sundays or on weekdays. We are also unable to host any event that is not a wedding.
Can I come see The Barn?
Yes! The Barn is available for tours by appointment only. The Barn is on private property so please email thebarninzionsville@gmail.com to schedule a visit. We offer tours by appointment via email so we can share additional information and directions.
I've scheduled a tour... How do I get to The Barn?
The Barn is located at 8556 E 300 S Zionsville, IN 46077 which is on the North side of 146th Street. The property is surrounded by a black fence and there is a home on the property. There is not permanent signage on non wedding days so please look for a black fence surrounding the property.
What is included in the price?
The Barn itself if available for set up which begins at 9am, ceremonies can begin anytime after 4pm, receptions must end by 10pm (including your send off), 1 hour of clean up which ends at 11pm. 1 hour of rehearsal time is also included along with 15 5' round tables & 150 white resin padded chairs, 150 gold chiavari chairs, two wood pergolas for ceremonies, (2) 6' & (5) 8' banquet tables, 9 oak whiskey barrels, 14' ivory chiffon drapes, 5 chandeliers, a fire pit, a pallet bar, assorted rustic chic decor (see pictures at the bottom of this page), luxury portable restroom, and our staff to answer questions, help with parking, and help with cleanup is included in the price.
How big is The Barn?
The Barn is 1,800 sq. ft. (30'x60').
How do I go about reserving my date?
The Barn's dates are all first come, first served. In order to reserve a date we require a deposit and a signed contract. The deposit is $1,500 + 7% sales tax equalling $1,605 and is non-refundable.
What if I have allergies?
The Barn was previously a home to horses but has been renovated and is safe for people with allergies.
What kind of floor is in The Barn?
The floor is smooth concrete & is perfect for dancing!
Is The Barn climate controlled?
The Barn is not climate controlled. We do provide fans and some guests do chose to rent heating or air conditioning from outside vendors to help control the temperature.
Are there restrooms available in The Barn?
Restrooms are included in the price. They are heated & air conditioned, have hardwood floors and corian countertops. The luxury bathroom trailer is pictured at the bottom of this page.
What kind of catering is allowed?
You are allowed to use any caterer you like. We have plenty of great recommendations if you need them! This can be a huge cost savings!
Where do my guests park?
There is plenty of free on site parking available. It is in a lot on the back of the property.
Do you require security?
We do require security at any wedding serving alcohol. This is an additional charge of $45/hour while alcohol is being served.
I saw a horse in one of the pictures, are there horses on the property?
Yes! Merryleggs is our sweet pony and she is always onsite. She loves carrots, peppermints, apples!
Does The Barn allow smoking?
Yes, guests can smoke anywhere outside of the Barn itself. We have cigarette stanchions to help dispose of the butts.
Is your availability calendar up to date?
Yes, we always keep our availability calendar up to date to make things as easy on our potential clients as possible.
Do you included linens or other table settings?
We do not include linens or other table settings in the rental but we are happy to put you in touch with a company that does rent those if your caterer does not provide them.
Is The Barn in Zionsville LGBTQ+ friendly?
Absolutely! We are LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive.
Is there power in The Barn?
Yes! There are plenty of outlets throughout The Barn and near each ceremony location.
What are the dimensions of the pergola?
The larger pergola is 11.5' tall and the center section is 9'x9'. The smaller pergola is 10’ x 10’.
